Perform daily calibration of critical instruments including pH meter, conductometer, analytical balance, and moisture balance- Carry out scheduled calibration of instruments such as Karl Fischer (KF) titrator, potentiometer, UV cabinet, and melting point apparatus- Responsible for preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions used in routine and stability analysis- Hands-on operation of UV Spectrophotometer (Jasco, Spectra Manager) and IR Spectrophotometer (Bruker Alpha II Eco ATR, OPUS 3.0)- Conduct water analysis, raw material, packing material, intermediate, finished product, and stability sample testing as per pharmacopeial and In - House specifications- Perform Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) for in-process, intermediate, finished product, and stability samples- Carry out In-process Quality Control (IPQC) tests to monitor product consistency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards- Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with GMP/GLP guidelines, including instrument logbooks, calibration records, and analytical reports- Supported the Quality team during regulatory and customer audits including WHO, KFDA, and vendor audits, ensuring compliance and smooth inspection outcomes- Actively contributed to Cleaning Validation and Process Validation activities, supporting successful validation protocols and documentation.
