Overseeing day-to-day service delivery, defining SLA, escalations, point of contact, development, operations and maintenance of deployed service within SLA’s budget and strict timeline. Composing and updating HLD/LLD documents for multiple network and security projects. Chasing local field operation teams to implement changes at network POPs & data centres. Leading in CAB meetings to discuss change scope, impact & roadblocks. Providing comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders; such as field engineers, design and NOC engineering team members of various ISPs and other CDN providers. Establishing and maintaining information security standards & procedures in compliance with company\'s security policies & regulation. Interfacing with Architects/SMEs & supporting engineers for requirement gathering, technical and functional specifications & customer requirement.
