As a Technology Licensing Analyst at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV), I help researchers and innovators commercialize their intellectual property and translate their discoveries to the market. I analyze, identify, and report on life science technologies submitted across the Johns Hopkins scientific community, and lead collaborative efforts to enhance and optimize workflows for licensing professionals. I also negotiate licensing agreements with external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for both parties.With a PhD in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University, I have extensive research experience in preclinical drug discovery and development for rare diseases, such as Friedreich\'s Ataxia. I developed novel synthetic schemes to create photoactivated small molecule sulfane sulfur prodrugs, and tested them on patient cell lines. I also wrote manuscripts and grants, prepared scientific slide decks, and presented findings to key stakeholders.
