Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell), IIM Rohtak, is a non-profit, student-run community (established as per the mandate of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India) that nurtures the entrepreneurial spirit. It creates a dynamic entrepreneurial environment by bringing together students, founders, mentors, industry experts, and investors on a single platform, fostering an ecosystem where ideas evolve into meaningful ventures. Through E-Talks, workshops, competitions, and interactive events, we connect students directly with entrepreneurs and practitioners, enabling real-world learning beyond the classroom. Our initiatives are designed to inspire problem-solving, encourage risk-taking, and equip aspiring founders with the mindset and networks needed to build impactful startups. We serve as a bridge between campus talent and the startup ecosystem, facilitating collaborations, knowledge exchange, and opportunities that empower students to explore, build, and scale their ideas. We exist to cultivate creators, innovators, and future founders who will shape the next generation of businesses.
