Electrical & LT panel designing along with Instrumentation system. To prepare power and control cable schedules, interconnection diagram, AC and DC power consumption calculation, block logic diagram for ash handling & material handling system.To prepare wiring & schematic diagram and Single Line Diagram (SLD) for MCC Panel, prepareation of Bill of Material. PLC Panel designing. Panel enclosure designing as per application.Being an employee of project engineering firm I have to look after the projects (for which I do design Electrical and Instrumentation system) until the equipments or instruments get commissioned and tested on load successfully. I need to procure equipments or instruments which are necessary as per project application. Whenever project is under manufacturing I need to maintain the specification & project completion schedule as mentioned by client. To attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of various projects. I have to visit project site to sort out the issue if there any. Basic knowledge of Instrumentation Engineering (P & ID), Instrument index, Instrument datasheet, Instrument hook-up drawings, etc.
