I started my career as a software developer in Mumbai, building healthcare applications. Moved to the US for my Master\'s in Financial Mathematics at WPI, which pulled me into capital markets. Spent time at Citibank working with quantitative models and fixed income data, then found my lane at Tradeweb Markets — where I\'ve been for the past 6 years working on electronic trading platforms.At Tradeweb, I sit between the trading desks and the Dev teams. Brokers tell me what they need, I turn that into specs, work with developers to build it, test it, and make sure it ships clean. I\'ve done this across 90+ releases annually covering Equities, Derivatives, US Treasuries, Repos and Swaps.
