Key Responsibilities:Execute civil works for new retail fuel outlets and renovation/upgrade of existing sites.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.Review and implement GFC drawings for canopy, driveway, office block, UGT, and boundary wall works.Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and technical standards.Monitor daily site activities and manpower to track progress and eliminate delays.Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports (DPR), site measurements, and material consumption reports.Certify contractor bills and ensure accurate BOQ tracking.
