   Dialog Chemicals Malic Acid (MA) Plant, Malaysia FEED:• Preparing and updating major Instrumentation deliverables like Instrument Index, IO List, Instrument power consumption calculations, design basis, specifications for control systems (DCS,ESD, etc), specifications for telecom systems, packages, cables, instruments, etc.• Preparing Instrument datasheets, Instrument Bulk MTO which includes JB grouping, Cables MTO, Installations and fittings MTO, etc, Material Requisitions for Control Valves, Flowmeters, etc.• Providing updates regarding the project progress in internal project meetings as well as client meetings.IOCL Barauni BR-9 expansion project:• Preparing and updating Instrument Index, IO list, Instrument Data Sheets and Logic Diagrams.• Reviewing package vendor P & IDs, Instrument Data Sheets, etc. Prepared trends grouping of all the I/Os wrt different units for system vendor.• Vendor visits at BHEL, Hyderabad and Honeywell, Pune to their respective manufacturing units for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).• Attended DCS,ESD and FGS system FAT at ABB India Ltd, Bangalore to conduct GAD and BOM checking, I/O loop Testing, Functionality checking including Power supply, Controller and Card level redundancy checks for DCS, ESD and FGS Panels.
