Through fast deployment and unparalleled performance, our next-generation fixed wireless access (ngFWA) platform enables operators to efficiently deliver high-speed broadband service to underserved and hard-to-reach communities all over the world. I have an Engineering Degree in Computers and Post-Grad Degree in Human Resource Management and I possess strong skills in HR, Recruiting, and Employee Relations.As a Lead TA at Tarana Wireless, I manage the full recruitment life-cycle process for multiple engineering opportunities, from sourcing to closing candidates, while continuously networking and pipelining for future needs.
