As a professional working with reliability live, my primary role involves being responsible for surface equipment data monitoring and analysis. Specifically, I specialize in performing live monitoring for frac and coiled tubing equipment. Through diligent observation and analysis, I have successfully minimized non-productive time by implementing a proactive approach to maintenance and leveraging historical data for analysis and decision-making.In order to enhance the overall operational efficiency and identify potential issues proactively, I introduced advanced dashboards. These dashboards facilitate Prognostic Health Management (PHM), allowing us to closely monitor the health and performance of the equipment in real-time. By continuously analyzing the data collected from various sensors and systems, we can detect early signs of potential failures or performance degradation.Furthermore, I incorporated dashboards specifically designed to identify outlier anomalies. These anomalies could be deviations from normal operating conditions, irregular patterns, or unexpected variations that may indicate potential problems. By closely monitoring these anomalies, we can promptly investigate and address any underlying issues, minimizing the risk of equipment failures and disruptions to the operations.Overall, my expertise lies in combining live monitoring, preventive maintenance, and historical data analysis to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. By leveraging advanced dashboards for Prognostic Health Management and outlier anomaly detection, I strive to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of surface equipment in support of our organization\'s goals.
