I am holding vast experience in managing compliance of listed entities especially Govt. listed entities (PSUs). I have handled various critical assignments such as Initial Public Offering, Meger & Amalgamation, Dividend etc. Apart from this, i also possess hardcore experience of conducting Board level meetings and managing end to end its entire process. I am also handling day to day compliances applicable on a listed entity. Played key role as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from CS division for the IPO process. Involved in entire listing process from the date of receipt of CCEA approval followed by Kick-off meetings with BRLMs, Legal Advisors till listing of equity shares at the stock exchanges. During the process, worked tirelessly to restructure the organization from an unlisted entity to listing regulations compliant entity. The entire process was managed in house by the CS division without engagement of any consultant agency. For successful listing of RailTel at Stock Exchanges, awarded by the CMD of the Company.
