Review the junior staff and worker performance and identify training needs. Line documentation preparation (Standard Work Instruction, Acceptance Criteria, Process flow Chart, Machine condition Check sheet, 4m sheet, cycle time study, FMEA, LMPU). Action closing on product and process audit. Implementing process Poka-Yokes. Rejection (Red bin) analysis on daily basis and take corrective action to reduce the rejection Percentage. Responsible to make MRM (Management review meeting & Reports) presentation on monthly basis.
