Key Highlights:• Singly managing Mahindra EV Home Charger Installations Pan-India, including lead allocation, vendor coordination, site surveys, installation, commissioning, and post-installation audits.• Developing vendor networks, ensuring quality compliance, and managing vendor billing workflows.• Providing technical support Pan-India to vendors and customers for operational queries and alarm troubleshooting.• Validating field reports submitted during audits to maintain high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.🧑 Technical Backend Support:• Delivered real-time support via AnyDesk, resolving technical issues and guiding engineers remotely.• Utilized BUS Master for remote diagnostics and alarm resolution.• Acted as key escalation point to improve FTR and reduce closure times.
