Played a key role in end-to-end development of an automated financial solution for the Oil & Gas upstream sector, focusing on estimating KPIs such as production, expenses, revenue, depreciation, P&L, working capital, cash flow, and taxation. As a result, the entire LE process is reduced from 2 weeks (manual) to 3 days (automated).• Revamped OPEX/CAPEX by doing cost analysis and building time series model for forecasting full year latest estimate (LE). As a result, reduced manual processing time by 90% with only ~5% variance between actual vs predicted cost.• Production forecasting of LNG, Condensate, Propane, and Butane with an adjustment of deferments data using time series algorithms resulted in accuracy of ~90% compared to manual forecast accuracy of ~70%- • Analyzed data from SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems, and designed a rule-based solution engine leveraging business logic and statistical analysis to detect potential fraudulent activities.• Developed fraud graph to identify networks of connected entities and identifiers (e.g, emails, bank accounts, addresses, phone numbers). This complex network was queried, visualized, and analyzed to uncover fraudulent activities.()• Created time series model for forecasting cash flow across various business areas, achieving greater accuracy in liquidity forecasting compared to complex manual process, and saving both time and manual effort.
