Assembling, Installing and maintaining manufacturing equipment according to specifications and engineering drawing• Maintaining a clean room and organized workplace, following 5s principles and standards within the production environment• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics and specifications• Achieve and maintain all training aspects required (Master Control)• Ensure products quality is maintained and current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) compliant• Read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints and schematics drawing to ensure accurate assembly and installation• Read, follow, and understand detailed assembly drawings to assemble • Assembling of critical components on a defined production line with technical drawing• Assemble material components to stringent equipment quality requirements• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment• Using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments• Fault findings and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems• Accurately detail and record critical cGMP data in the batch record• Promote best practice, continuous improvements, and support PPI initiative• Trained, maintained and operates 6 jaw and 12 jaw biotising PLC machine
