   1=> Resolution was passed to promote, the aims and objects of the Trust, thereby educating the people those who are covered under Industrial based learning through Study Centre of Sahdev Group of Institutes.2=> Blankets be distributed to homeless and poor persons, those who are suffering in chilled cold.3=> A web page be developed for the purpose of Trust to circulate the aims and objects of the trust.4=> It was resolved that further steps be taken to widen the scope of Trust to benefit the public at large.5=> Resolved that as condition prescribed in terms of the Trust document, the eldest member be Head/Manager of the Trust. Thus on the demise of Founder Baldev Raj Sahdev his wife Smt. Priti Sahdev thereafter Rohit Sahdev and so on will be Head/Manager of the Trust and such Head/Manager of the Trust shall be responsible to administer, control and manage all that affairs to fulfil the aims, objects of the Trust. The Head/Manager of the Trust is empowered to operate account and also to open new account and to do all that in order to look control and maintain the finance. It is further resolved that a copy of this resolution be sent to the Axis Bank, Civil Lines to give the effect to the resolution and a attested signature of Priti Sahdev along with the resolution be also sent to keep the same in the record of the bank to maintain the account in easy operation. 6=> Resolved that a new website be launched for the online education program to fulfil the objects of the Trust. It was also taken and considered that the field and activities of the Trust be widened to make the availability of benefits to the needy persons.
