I handle a portfolio of over 8 million dollars of delinquent accounts. These accounts have several of reason on why they were past due for their advertising. I\'m the liaison for our sales team for any questions or concern needed to assist then in their daily sales. Direct contact with our clients to solve any issue on why they have become past due on their advertising account. Weekly conference calls with sales on plans to improve any trends or any of concerns with the clients. I manage the accounts from 60 days past due until the account is written off as bad debit.
