I lead our Consumer Practice, and together with my team we work with consumer-facing companies - including consumer tech, platforms and marketplaces, retail, eCommerce, and branded consumer businesses - at moments where growth, complexity, and execution begin to collide.Our focus is building leadership teams that can lead AI-driven transformation in established, high-growth consumer businesses, across commercial, operational, and technology functions. This includes senior leadership roles with clear accountability for outcomes.We are usually brought in when organisations are navigating inflection points such as international expansion, operating model change, or the shift from ambition to execution with AI - and leadership roles need to evolve to match increased scale and complexity.At the core of our work is pattern recognition: seeing how similar challenges emerge across consumer businesses, and helping organisations bring in leaders equipped for the next phase, not the last one.I value thoughtful exchanges with people who take a long-term view on leadership, organisational capability, and how structural shifts are reshaping consumer-facing businesses.
