Led the development of a new referral program to enable our members to refer their friends and become paid members, which grew the referral invite rate by 40% with new milestone-based incentives.Interpreted data to understand KPI failures and worked with cross-functional teams to remove team impediments and reduce the feature deployment timeline from 3 months to 2 weeks.Built launch plans for eight properties in 4 months and oversaw implementation, delivery, and management of the project from start to finish within budget and on time following the Agile Scrum framework.Supported the COO directly in product management and personally led a high-performing team of 10 remote colleagues across four global cities.Ideated, planned, and explored new website traffic sources to reduce the customer acquisition cost from $120 to $50 via the new referral program and paid ads on 3 social media channels.Ideated and oversaw the deployment of new product features with the development team & find an alternate solution for members to fund their accounts - which resulted in an improvement of our NPS score by 10%Built and launched new features with an MVP mindset and a goal to improve by 10% in each cycle through the iteration - resulting in a successful launch of our iOS app with the dev team.
