In partnership with AI Governance and Data Security, helped in crafting best practices for use of Gen AI, Guardrails, and Observability.3. Directed engineering team in developing a internal chatgpt that is available/ used by employees.4. Co-architected and directed engineering team to build a Gen AI based application that streamlines prior authorization work flows. This application consumes 17-20 Billion tokens every month and processes millions of PA claims. This application increased processing capacity over 500%. Architected and delivered 2 AI Agents based application for Pharma Svcs, and Medicaid. The former one reduces data mining, analysis and reporting time by 90% and allow executives to self serve insights extracted from data and reduce reliance on data scientists. The latter improves claims filling accuracy to 98% to state Medicaid systems thus reducing lost revenue.
