About Abira Saha

I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator, with a background in Education, who has hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform. I am organized, motivated and detail oriented which enables me to take business requirements and translate them into reliable solution in Salesforce. I produce effective results due to my listening skills, ability to solve problems and communicate. I have 1.5 years of experience as a Assistant Instructor in Kumon, where I played an important role in optimizing operations and developing Kumon Students. I also have 1+ year of experience as a cashier in a retail store which helped to build my interpersonal skills and reasoning ability. In my free time I enjoy participating in Salesforce Community groups both learning and helping others to leverage Salesforce to improve productivity and efficiency for their employers and co-workers! I am also a member of a Salesforce Professional Development Program to fully understand the Salesforce Ecosystem and network to build valuable relationships in the Salesforce space. I completed multiple training courses in software Quality Assurance and testing. Outside of my passion for Salesforce I enjoy spending time with my family, teaching math and reading to elementary students, walking my pet, and browsing social media!
