A dedicated Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and hands-on experience across both clinical and corporate settings and extensive clinical experience through internships at three renowned hospitals - Max Hospital, Gurugram | JSS Hospital, Mysore | Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.During these internships, I worked closely with real-life clinical cases, gaining experience in managing diets for a wide range of health conditions, including: Cardiac health issues, Renal conditions (including dialysis patients), Oncology patients, Gastrointestinal disorders (e.g, IBS, lactose intolerance), Diabetes and Thyroid disorder, Post-operative recovery, Paediatric nutrition,Ryle’s tube feeding, Lifestyle disorders, Liver disease, HIV patients, Maternal health, including lactation and pregnancy support.This experience also extended to specialized units such as ICUs, HDUs, pediatric ICUs, and renal transplant units and has strengthened my clinical skills and deepened my understanding of individualized patient-centered nutrition care.My responsibilities included taking OPDs, preparing individualized diet plans, conducting nutritional counselling, and planning balanced meals tailored to each patient’s condition. And I am passionate about providing evidence-based dietary guidance to support health and recovery.
