The DART program is a two-year rotational program designed for early-career professionals with a focus on data analytics. Over the course of the program, I will complete three 8-month rotations across different teams within the organization, gaining hands-on experience and delivering impactful analytics projects in diverse areas of the business.Rotation 1: Spearheaded the first Tableau-to-Power BI migration in the business group, laying the groundwork for broader BI adoption. Enhanced and migrated five dashboards, developed a stakeholder onboarding strategy, and created wireframes and comparison guides to support data-driven decision-making and smooth platform transitions.
