I recently stepped into a Finance Manager role, but I didn’t exactly start from scratch—I brought a few reps with me. With 8 years in commercial lending and equipment finance, I’ve spent my career figuring out how to make deals work when they probably shouldn’t (on paper, at least). Before that, I put in 13 years in medical sales, which taught me two things: how to build real relationships and how to perform under pressure, because nobody casually buys medical equipment.Now, I sit right at the intersection of numbers and people. I understand credit, structure, and risk, but I also understand that behind every deal is a human trying to get something done. My job is to bridge that gap and make it happen efficiently, creatively, and profitably.I’m known for being straightforward, solution-oriented, and just persistent enough to get a “no” to reconsider itself. If there’s a way to structure it, I’ll find it.
