Founded with the idea that people with differences deserve better, DIRT\'s mobile coffee truck hit the ground in 2013 on a mission to change minds and change lives one cup at a time. In 2018 DIRT opened the doors to its first brick and mortar location, to train, employ, and place neurodivergent individuals in long-term employment solutions. While providing on-the-job training for our interns and simultaneously working with employers and the community at large, we aim to offer comprehensive and individualized services to reduce un-and underemployment and transform hiring practices.
