What brings me the most passion and joy as a professional Interior Designer is being able to identify a client\'s desired aesthetic, decipher their spatial needs, and merge all additional information into a holistic design to improve their everyday experience with a space.” - Sage RoshauI have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of project types including office, retail, hospitality and multifamily housing. I have experienced first-hand how the hospitality industry has influenced the design of many other market segments—especially multifamily housing and corporate office environments. My knowledge of this trend and how it influences design decisions provides me with a competitive edge that is beneficial to many different project types.After developing a thorough concept for a space, I translate it into the built environment by creating a single holistic design. This concept guides me through the selection and application of materials as well as production of project drawings. An area of design I especially enjoy is the process of discovering a customer’s wants and needs for their space and finding a way to deliver solutions while creating an aesthetically pleasing environment. I feel like clients greatly appreciate my ability to show spaces through photo-realistic renderings to help them gain a full understanding of design intent before they commit to building these spaces.
