Responsible for W2, corp-to-corp (C2C), 1099 contract negotiations, completing the required documentation Recruiting Citizens, Green Card, EAD (H4, L2, OPT, CPT), H1B, E3, TN Visa Holders as per the client requirement for various projects. Sourcing suitable candidates for contract, contract to permanent positions Handling the Vendor Management process set the deadlines to meet and monitor all open requirements Performed Full cycle candidate processing - from requisition approval, sourcing, assessment coordination, interviewing, Reference checking, and delivering offer to candidates. Used all methods available to source for and receive applications from a diverse candidate pool, including internet job boards, Social networking, networking with professional associations as needed to fill Contract/C2H/Full time positions.
