Ensured data integrity by extracting user and company records from Cisco’s internal databases through Snowflake, validating email domains and associations, and escalating unrelated accounts for deactivation via Cisco HelpZone (ServiceNow). Recognizing inefficiencies and data risks in the manual process, conceptualized and led the development of an automated data validation platform to improve accuracy, efficiency, and security. Designed Python-based automation scripts for customer-company relationship validation, leveraging web data lookups, domain matching, and Snowflake queries to identify anomalies in customer access. Built a responsive, Angular-based interface enabling internal teams to review validation results, auto-generate reports, and share them with authorized company POCs for verification. Integrated secure workflows using Graph API and Gen AI models to support smart suggestions, reduce manual effort, and align with Cisco’s data governance policies. Achieved a 70%+ reduction in validation time, significantly improved data quality, and ensured only authorized users retained access to confidential company data.
