About Sagar Vijay

Sagar is a passionate product designer who loves building products and services that empowers its users. He has a diverse experience in the industry - from working in very fast paced environments at startups where he lead his products through multiple strategical and business pivots to working at AirAsia, where he helped them be on the trajectory to become the biggest super app of the Asean region. He is a firm believer in user centered design methodology and understands the value of user research. That\'s why he often stresses on finding and utilising key user insights before getting on with any design decisions.When Sagar is not brainstorming ideas in a meeting, or trying to perfect some pixels on his screen, he can be seen either playing on his Xbox, going for late night drives or most likely - sipping a nice cup of Cafe Latte at a nearby Starbucks.And, while he continues to learn more and more about his core domains of UX, UI and product design on a regular basis, he also can often be seen taking courses in other things that interest him such as music and video production, brand management, etc.
