Project detail: Mumbai Metro Project Line 4, 32.32 Km Elevated Metro Project Including 32 Metro StationResponsibilities: • Ensuring site Inspections for all 5 Packages of Mumbai Metro Line 4• Implementing & maintaining necessary documentation and standardization as per SHE standards of SHE policy & Legal requirement. • Review risk assessment (HIRA), Method statement and support project team in identifying risk reduction measures• Ensure work permit system compliance and guide project team for safe execution.• Site safety supervision; conduct Tool Box Talk meeting to insure all work to be carried out with full safety only.• Carried out Field Safety Inspection & Coordinate with Project team for implementation.• Inspect Scaffolds, Electrical equipment’s, Material handling equipment’s and Machineries.• Ensure safe operation of equipment at site.• Verifying and monitoring documents of third party agencies and training agencies.• Carried out Incident investigation to identify corrective and preventive action and made monthly accident statistics data.• Preparation of Checklist Items for Internal Audit• Carried out internal safety audits and prepare SHE report on monthly basis.• Prepared and monitored SHE performance for contractors at site.• Participating in safety walks along with client and all other SHE team members.• Assisting Chief Safety Manager in Documentation of Minutes of the meeting and preparation of Reports for Safety Committee Meeting. • Participating in Preparation of safe Method systems of different work activity at site.• Developed Safety training program and conduct training and awareness programs.• Supported System coordinator for ISO related documentation and procedure implementation
