   As a Program Manager for a global pharmaceutical giant, I led the end-to-end program governance for Integration of Celonis with Client Platforms—translating strategic business objectives into executable roadmaps and delivering initiatives within a 5-month timeline, while maintaining costs within 15% of the approved budget.I managed a 30+ member cross-functional delivery team across Celonis, platforms, and integration streams. Through structured governance and SteerCo forums, I ensured transparency, accountability, and alignment across business and IT teams. Operating in highly regulated, audit-sensitive environments, I ensured SOP adherence and audit-ready delivery.Alongside program delivery, I worked with a global confectionery client to analyze SAP Signavio Process Insights across Lead-to-Cash and Manufacturing processes.
