I am an International Tax and Transfer Pricing (TP) professional at EY, advising multinational enterprises (MNEs) on how global value chains should be designed, priced, and defended in an era being reshaped by sustainability, technology, and regulation.My core expertise spans cross‑border transactions, value chain analysis, operating model design, and tax controversy resolution. Over the years, I have supported clients on complex matters involving intangible asset transfers, intra‑group services, business acquisitions and divestments, India entry and exit strategies, and inter‑company financing, including securing Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) resolutions to manage/mitigate tax risk and deliver certainty.Increasingly, my work focuses on sustainability‑driven value creation and its TP implications. I work closely with multinational groups to translate sustainability strategies into defensible TP outcomes.
