Greetings Everyone This is Sagar Srivastava currently working as Associate in Valuation & Advisory Department Where my roles is do the report preparation of the valuation of the project such as Lenders Engineers Report TDD Report and advisory report to the developers.Prior to Cushman I was engaged as Senior Planning Engineer at BL Kashyap and Sons where my role was to take the charge of Planning related documents such as Daily Progress Reports, weekly Progress reports and monthly progress reports preparation along with dealing with material requirements of the project preperation of monthly plans along with dealing with client regarding critical issues of site.Prior to BL Kashyap I worked as Senior Planning Engineer at Larsen and Tourbo Constructions.I am NICMAR graduate in Quantity Surveyobg and Contract Management Domain from Hyderabad Campus on 2020-21 domain with 9.00 CGPAI am also Black Belt Certified in Six Sigma from Annexas Consultancy Bamgalore
