As the CEO of STEMbotix, I spearheaded our organization\'s mission to revolutionize STEM education and emerging technologies, driving impressive outcomes and reaching significant milestones. Here are some of my key accomplishments: Successfully led the team in setting up tinkering labs in over 200 schools across India, employing a fixed one-time cost model. This initiative has provided students with invaluable hands-on learning experiences, fostering creativity and innovation. Implemented a subscription-based training model, delivering high-quality STEM education training to over 100 schools. By equipping educators with the necessary skills, we have empowered them to effectively impart STEM knowledge to their students. Established 4 Fab lab facilities in different universities, providing a platform for 400+ startups to bring their prototypes to life and navigate their journey from concept to product. This initiative has nurtured innovation and entrepreneurship within the ecosystem. Pioneered an innovative initiative to introduce the concept and vision of STEMbotix in early childhood education centers. By establishing 10+\"AmRit Aanganwadi\" centers, we have laid the foundation for young learners to engage with STEM education from an early age. My goal is to lead the team in expanding this endeavor, setting up 100+ similar centers in the upcoming year. Through strategic efforts, I facilitated direct and indirect engagement with over 8 million students across three states in India. By promoting STEM education and emerging technologies, we have equipped the next generation with essential skills for a rapidly evolving world.These accomplishments highlight my dedication to driving the organization\'s growth and impact.
