Application Support (L2)- for Energy Management Systems (Installation of SQL, Configuration of IIS), L2 support for any deployed HES application issues and Backend support providing with troubleshooting in any RMR Services for Overseas & Indian Customers. Troubleshooting on MDAS and MDM- Maintaining,updating and Extracting data from MDAS for meter data analytics and event analytics and its resolution. Working experience on Various Databases like Oracle SQL Developer, PostgreSQL, MySQL Server. Data Management, Data Preparation for all Data Services projects & Audits as per ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001:2015 and UK commercial Clients data with GDPR Compliance as per BS 10012:2017. Customer Handling and technical support-) inquiries related to their services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
