Commercial and residential insurance client. As team we led UX research and design creation job which has been very successful. We delivered requirement gatherings, personas, research related documents, interview outcomes, lo-fi designs, heuristic and other analysis reports, A/B testing outcome, usability testing and final designs along with sitemap, information architecture (IA), styleguide, stylesheets, HTML5+CSS3+JS based working use case based interactive prototypes and help them implement with the development teams. Working environment was mix of waterfall and agile. I also created epics, stories, tasks and deliverables timelines.
