Managing the team of buyers and senior buyers for CAPEX and OPEX procurement Direct & Indirect both for the on-going projects in Nigeria. Assigning the tasks to the respective buyers based on the stream identification. Finalization of scope of work and division of responsibilities• Review of procurement strategies, bidder evaluation & finalization, formed by team subordinates for the assigned tasks• Pre-bid meet-ups, commercial offer evaluation, cost estimation & negotiation• Review and initial approval for the respective requirement docs, formed for the specific requirement ensuring the given budget• Responsible for putting the initially approved proposals to Nigeria Management team• Alternate Vendors development & resources• Development of ARC & AMC of multiple years by demand plans• Close monitoring on over all aging of Purchase Indents and post PO activities, assigned to the subordinates• PO material delivery follows ups through expediters, importing of material, High Sea sales. • Involved in technical interviewing of the candidates for SCM
