I currently work at Tata Technologies as a New Product Development Engineer, focusing on the automotive BIW cab sealing domain where I design and develop static and dynamic sealing parts for Tata Passenger Electric Mobility.# My role involves creating innovative sealing solutions for vehicle cabins, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards. I am also responsible for 3D CAD data preparation and release in Teamcenter PLM & 3D Experience. My experience in maintaining detailed documentation, including design verification plans (DVP), failure mode effects analysis (DFMEA), test results, and compliance checks has helped streamline project management and reporting. This comprehensive approach has allowed me to contribute significantly to various projects, enhancing the integrity and performance of vehicle cabins. By analyzing gaps between BIW panels, I ensure that our designs achieve the required EBHS target values, thereby directly impacting vehicle quality and safety.# Worked in design and development of Powertrain fuel system and Urea system for JLR vehicles.
