I am currently working as a Senior Technician in the Equipment and Process Department at Tata Semiconductor Assembly and Test. I have been in the semiconductor industry since 09 June 2022 with core experience in the Die Attach process.I have hands-on experience on ASM AD8312 Plus, ASM Infinite, ASM SOFT SOLDER,BESI ESEC 2100 HS i, and BESI ESEC 2100 SD Advanced I machines, including PM, calibration, troubleshooting, and changeover setup. I also have good knowledge of shop floor and equipment documentation.
