Monitoring internal controls, implementing process improvements to minimize risk, and preparing reports for month-end closing and financial dashboards. ERP Migration & Oracle Integration: Managing migration from QuickBooks to Oracle R12 and integration of newly acquired companies’ Project Accounting (PA) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data. Conducting data migration, filling master data templates, performing UAT, reconciling balances, and integrating billing and revenue for multiple entities. Billing & Revenue Process Optimization: Optimizing project creation, milestone billing, rate card (BRC) updates, and new invoicing application automation using APIs and large datasets (> rows). Analyzing bottlenecks, automating manual interventions, and collaborating with IT, Finance, and Operations teams for seamless system integration. Financial Planning & Forecasting: Preparing monthly forecasts, budget vs actual, forecast vs actual analysis, cash flow projections, SOW monitoring, and project cost vs revenue analysis. Providing variance explanations, ensuring timely collections, controlling SOW values vs invoiced/revenue amounts, and coordinating with gross margin and PMO teams.
