Provide functional and technical support for SAP PP-QM and BRH module related P2 to P4 tickets. Handling Incidents, SCI (Standard catalogue item), BS (Business support), Problem management tickets, CAPA ticket, and change requests related SAP PP-QM module in ITSM ticketing tool. Understand end user’s requirement and checking configurations, FS and checking feasibility in system. Replicating cases in Quality system, checking with ABAP technical team and doing bug fix if require and taking UAT from business and doing testing in Proton software. Responsible for new enhancement testing in SAP development, quality systems and get UAT. Working with third party systems like MES, 1QEM, 3PL, GLIMS etc and Middleware CPI/PI. Responsible for the configuration and suggestion to correct, incorrect master data like Material master, BOMs, Routings, Production versions Responsible for writing functional specifications and co-ordinating with ABAP team for SAP Z Developments in system for custom reports. Responsible for scheduling background Jobs as and when required. Handling additional role of Problem manager for Manufacturing and quality domain. Creation of problem management tickets, creating CAPA tickets, creating 5WHY & RCA documents. Leading ticket reduction project by KA (Knowledge article) in BS tickets and Incident. Responsible to present monthly MIS to Novartis management.
