It’s been a fulfilling stint so far, at ARCA Alternatives, a SEBI-registered Category II AIF, where I joined as an Assistant Manager in 2024.Over this period, I’ve been actively involved across the fund’s lifecycle—investment decisions, capital raising, regulatory compliance and internal operations—gaining a 360° view of the alternative investments space.With a background in Assurance at Grant Thornton, a CA qualification, and as a CFA candidate, ARCA has been the perfect platform to apply my skills and evolve as a professional. Needless to mention, the immense learning on offer from seasoned professionals and mentors at ARCA—leaders who’ve truly been there and done it—has been invaluable in shaping my journey.Looking forward to continuing this journey—growing with the Fund as it scales and creates value for its investors.
