As a first-year MBA student at RGIPT Amethi with a background in production engineering, I am dedicated to enhancing my expertise in the intersection of technology and business management. My engineering foundation has provided me with robust technical skills and a keen understanding of production processes, while my MBA journey is equipping me with strategic insights into business operations and management. I have hands-on experience in optimizing production workflows, ensuring quality control, and implementing efficient manufacturing practices. My passion lies in leveraging my engineering acumen and business knowledge to drive operational excellence and innovation within the manufacturing industry. I have completed a global research intern offered by Mitacs Globalink in Canada for a period of 12 weeks in University of Sherbrooke,Quebec,Canada under Professor Elaine Mosconi.The topic of my research internship was \"Digital Transformation - A case study \". It was a fully funded internship by AICTE and Mitacs. In this my role was to analyze the companies and the organizations which uses the method of digital transformation and how have they created benefits for their organization and the society.
