Manage a team of professional Data Management staff. Line/Functional Management and Resource management using effective utilization, and participate in performance appraisal for their respective team members (as applicable)- Handling ECG, BPM, CGM, Spirometry and Actigraphy Devices Global studies as a Connected Devices Lead DM- Provide technical advice and solutions with internal and external customers to solve problems and improve efficiency- Attend study kick off meetings and internal/sponsor audits for assigned studies- Plan and coordinate database design, development, implementation, maintenance, and user support of clinical systems- Leading study Design set-up Team (ClinSpark studies) to develop complex, technical solutions for projects or client needs, new studies set-ups and complex PPCs for ClinSpark studies- Create start-up documents, DMP, DTS, various study specific or process PIs like Data cleaning assumptions, reconciliation process, eSource guidance documents etc- Work closely with Programming team to generate various study specific reports. Adhoc study specific reports from Sponsors, HBPM compliance report or any customized reports- Send monthly Data transfers, perform Data reconciliation, process Helpdesk queries from site, perform Query management- Impart ClinSpark trainings to the new or refresher to the old members as and when required- Address and provide guidance to the team for any technical issues, queries of ClinSaprk system- Allocation of new study set-ups, PPCs to the start-up members- Being as a Device form library owner for Diabetes, Actigraphy, Spirometry service line responsible for creating Device form library forms in the Prod instance (ClinSpark). Work closely with the DM Service Leads to lock Device library forms for each service line in the ClinSpark system- Owner of relevant start-up templates, guidance, work practice as and when required.
