Perform inspection of outgoing products, customer items according to requirements, such as -Measure and record the dimension of parts using measuring instruments and analyze the findings for discrepancy-Perform nondestructive test or hardness test (if necessary) and analyze findings and raise report where necessary & take photographs of the components/parts for recording purposes. Perform inspection and raise report. Perform in-OQC inspection according to procedures and customer\'s specifications. Raise report whenever necessary. Proven record for development of system procedures, documents for QMS/ EMS. Implementation of corrective/preventive action for the NCR raised during internal/external audits. Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements. Review policies and procedures and make changes as necessary. Evaluate quality and overall efficiency in coordination with managers of departments. Supported shop floor improvement process, and preparation of internal and external audits.
