Coordinating with Client, Vendor & Team members for inspection related activities. Inspection of raw materials to final Inspection (i.e, Plates, Pipes, Line pipe, Pipe fittings, Components). Ensure the project inspections are completed to the client’s expectations and TUV standards. Witnessed Hydro Test, Magnetic Particle, Visual and dimensional of carbon steel pipes both Seamless and ERW pipes. Inspection of incoming raw material, in process and final components. Witnessing of NDT testing (UT, MPT, LPT) Witness of Chemical, Mechanical, Hardness, IGC, Micro, Macro, HIC, SSCC, Pitting corrosion, Galvanizing coating, Ferrite test, Impact test, at NABL laboratory/Site. Witnessing Heat Treatments and review graphs. Inspection of Cascades, cylinders, Fittings, PE Pipes, Meters, Flanges,Service regulators for MGL. Inspection and audit of MGL commercial sites (Domestic hotels, MRS, DRS) GI pipe work both upstream and downstream work as per their approved Checklist. Document Review: Review Manufacturing Test certificate of different vendors and all back up documents like Lab Test report, Raw material test certificate, HT charts etc.
