Training & development -working on the competency mapping, gap analysis, Training Need Identification to develop the performance level of the individual in the Organisation. Employee satisfaction Survey to know the satisfaction level in the organisation & HR issues To introduce & implementation of best Practices & process to reduce the time & efforts Coordinating Human Capital activities for respective plant location with support of the central HR team Dealing with Government authorities & Local parties
