Modification Documents Review (SB/AD/AOT)- Material Planning & Procurement (OEM & Vendors) of Modkits/ FLS kits/ Spares required for the complaince of modification- Inventory Management (Maintain a track of Modkits & ensure availability during compliance of SB)- Responsible for procuring Modkits/ FLS kits/ Spares from OEM against SB and maintain a sufficient stock to avoid any AOG situation- Fill & Submit RIL (Retorfit Information Letter) for material procurement (FOC/Chargeable) against SB/AOT- Coordinate with Vendors for required materials necessary to comply modification and follow up on Retorfit Planning Letter (RPL) to initiate procurement and ensure timely return of loaner / exchange units- Maintain tracking sheet of Modkits to ensure availability during complaince of SB and following up with OEM/ vendors to replenish stock on timely basis.
