With over 15 years of diversified experience in banking, finance, start-up, HR, admin, and social sector, I am the Chief Finance Officer and Head of HR & Admin at Healstation and Heal Station Foundation, two entities that are dedicated to providing quality healthcare and empowering rural communities in India. I have been with these organizations since their inception, leading the overall finance, tax, legal, administrative, and personnel aspects of both the entities and their 40+ employees and 15+ tribal women changemakers and panchayats. As the CFO and Head of HR & Admin, I have handled the registration process, applied for various tax exemptions and compliances, scheduled and attended meetings with various stakeholders, prepared and submitted reports, reviewed financial statements, and handled recruitment and training. I have also successfully managed the Covid-19 period, ensuring that vendor payment and salary cycles were not affected. I am passionate about enabling and empowering around women and their families through our healthcare and community-based interventions.

   With this startup since inception. Currently Company is operating a Hospital & Pharmacy at Ramnagar, West Champaran, Bihar – a village at Indo-Nepal Border. Handled registration process of the Startup. Spearhead the overall Finance, Tax, Legal, Administrative & Personnel aspects of the startup and 40+ employees Successfully handled and managed Covid-19 period. Put efforts & ensured that vendor payment & salary cycles would not affect. Preparing & submitting various types of reports as per requirements Scheduling & attending meetings with Vendors, Auditors, Pharma Cos, & Government Bodies Review various financial statements and analyze monthly result. Handling recruitment process. Arrangements of training sessions for staff. Scheduling & meetings with various Recruitment agencies, Medical & Nursing colleges, Security Agencies, & other miscellaneous vendors. Assisted in setting up company’s pharmacy & assisted in developing processes for pharmacy. Assisted in implementation of Software for Pharmacy by HCUE. Assisted in developing & timely review of SOPs for various departments in Hospital.
