Campaign management includes Setting up the Digital campaign in GAM & meta• Responsible for trafficking and updating Traffic sheet as per Package, Placements and Creative/URLand Submit to Ad ops team• Track media buys ( Updates Pacing Doc) across all campaign using reporting tools such as Campaign Manager 360(Dcm) and IAS, • Reaching out to Partners for Screenshots and Creating Screenshot Decks for Clients.• Closely Monitor Campaign performance to ensure it is delivering as per the goals.• Reconciling the monthly digital, paid Search and social Invoices & discrepancies with publishers• Setting up a TV Campaign that includes Estimates, Package maintenance, Buy entry & deal Exchange• Led a team of 5 to 7 members for providing training on Digital Campaign setup and billing/Reconciliation process while overseeing their work. • Assigned tasks and allocated work to team members based on campaign needs and priorities. Ensured optimal distribution of responsibilities to maintain efficient workflow and meet deadlines.• Managed communication with clients, handling weekly and monthly calls to update on campaign progress, gather feedback, and discuss potential optimizations.• Utilized tools such as GAM, Jira, and SSP dashboards for live status checks and discrepancy reports, escalating any issues to the appropriate teams.
